- Apparently it wasn't his budget in it's original form, it was a paraphrased budget that moved things about. I wouldn't vote for it either.

- Actually, if you produce too much energy, FPL will buy it from you. The more they buy from you and give to others the less they have to make. That means less wear and tear on their equipment. A truly diffused power grid would make their jobs cakewalks.

- This is just my opinion - but while I support federal student loans, I don't think students that chose to go to a for-profit school should be eligible for federal student loans. Many, if not all, programs available at for-profit schools, are available at non-profit schools at a more affordable cost.
